EatStreeters are the most important people in the world. To us, at least. That’s why we try to get to know as many of them as possible. This week, we took 10 minutes and 10 questions to Chris Smith, a 22 year old student who gave us (nearly) 10 reasons to order 10 batches of Dong Ting Shrimp from China Dragon. Read on to find out how Chinese food, microwaves, and all four seasons are linked together in Chris’s life, and why we’re now unable to stop thinking about shrimp.

When did you start using EatStreet?

The day that I truly started living.

How often do you order from EatStreet?

Almost every day; during finals week, probably every 45 minutes. Heavy mental strain creates an undying hunger within me.

Which seasons do you order food the most?

Four Seasons fill the measure of the year; there are four seasons in the mind of man.

Favorite book about food?

Guy Fieri Food: Cookin’ It, Livin’ It, Lovin’ It

If you could live in one city based on the food they have there, what would it be and why?

As long as the city has EatStreet, it doesn’t matter where I reside.

Favorite dish to order and from which restaurant?

It’s gotta be Dong Ting Shrimp. From China Dragon (in Richmond). I could down a hundred Dong Tings and remain completely unfazed.

Do you cook?

Yeah, sometimes I microwave my leftover Dong Tings.

Have you ever asked one of our restaurants for a recipe of a dish you loved?

Yes, but they wouldn’t tell me.

If you could only eat one meal for thirty days, what would it be and why?

Dong Ting Shrimp.

Dinner plans tonight?

Yeah. Using EatStreet to order a couple hot batches of Dong Tung Shrimp. I’m drooling just thinking about it.
